Judo for Women

We are the only club in the region that offers Women's Only Judo that is taught by Female Black Belt Sensei's ONLY. Our female Sensei's are professionals - two are teachers, one is a massage therapist and one is an aspiring police officer.

Judo is beneficial for women in a number of ways:

  • Judo builds confidence.
  • Judo burns over 800 calories an hour!
  • Judo builds strength, agility, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness.
  • Judo is done in grappling range; all attacks happen within grappling range-making it the ideal martial art for self defense.
  • Judo is a great opportunity to meet new people, have fun, learn something new and release some stress in the process!
